Keep fit with one hour of circuit exercises then
coffee/tea break followed by yoga, badminton, short tennis
or use of the equipment in the fitness room. We also organise
short walks locally on various other days. Membership fees are £10
per term (3 terms) and £2.50 per week. This popular club is currently oversubscribed but anyone wanting to put their name on the waiting list should call in at a meeting and register.
